Plans, fees and bonuses for Choosey Shifts and Choosey Placements. Forms part of the Platform Terms of Use.

This Fee and Subscription Schedule forms part of the Choosey Platform Terms of Use (Terms). Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms. If a Business has a separate written agreement with us that sets different fees, that agreement prevails.
Workers pay nothing. Choosey does not charge Workers any fees to use the Platform, accept Shifts or apply for Placements.

1.1 Plan prices are payable in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled, as set out in clause 9 of the Terms. Where annual billing is offered, the annual price will be shown on the Platform before purchase.
1.2 When a Business reaches its Placement limit, it must record Outcomes for its existing Unlocked Candidates or upgrade its Plan before Unlocking further Candidates.
1.3 Plan features are as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. Enterprise pricing depends on the number of locations and the services agreed, and is confirmed in writing.

2.1 The Shift Cost is the total amount payable to the Contractor for the Shift. The Shift Cost and the Shift Fee are charged to the Business through Stripe, and the Shift Cost is paid to the Contractor’s connected Stripe account.

3.1 For a part-time or casual Hire through Choosey Placements, the annual base salary is the Candidate’s expected first-year earnings for the role, calculated from the agreed hourly rate and ordinary hours.
3.2 Transitional arrangement. Hires made under an engagement letter or on the Platform before the effective date of this Schedule remain subject to the fee in force at the time (7.5% unless otherwise agreed in writing).

4.1 Fees payable for an engagement outside the Platform during the Protection Period are calculated at the rates in sections 2 and 3.

5.1 A Candidate is eligible for the Hire & Earn Bonus if:
5.2 The bonus is paid to the Candidate’s connected Stripe account within 14 days after all eligibility conditions are met. The Candidate is responsible for any tax on the bonus. The bonus is a promotional incentive offered by us and is not remuneration from the Business.
6.1 All amounts in this Schedule are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added where applicable in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth). Where a price is displayed on the Platform, the GST-inclusive price is displayed with it.
6.2 Tax invoices are issued through the Platform or by email.
6.3 We may change this Schedule in accordance with clause 21 of the Terms. Any increase to Fees or Plan prices will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect.
