Access. The subscription buys you the platform, the AI matching and your placement allowance. It is not a discount on the outcome fee — those are charged separately, and only on a real outcome.
Only when a hire actually starts. Full-time and part-time placements are 5% of the annual salary (pro-rata for part-time). Nothing is charged for a role that does not get filled.
15% of the hourly rate multiplied by the hours actually worked, taken on the completed shift. If the shift is not worked, there is no fee.
You keep your account, your venue profile, your history and any roles you have already posted. You lose priority matching, casual shift posting and analytics. Any introduction already made keeps its fee and its 2-month protection, whatever plan you are on.
